Veterans Day
An honorarium to our Grandfathers that fought in World War II. Although neither of our grandfathers fought in the European campaign, Erin and I can't really help but feel especially thankful for the sacrifices that were made by our grandparent's generation in fighting the war. In Berlin, we are surrounded by the pock-mocked reminders of what it meant to be at war as well as the reminders of the fight to recover from the war.
Thanks to the "Greatest Generation".
